Lucky Shoes~
These are my lucky shoes. They go everywhere with me. The soles are worn down and muddy, they are old and etiolated, but I love them. I am emotionally attached to them. Where these shoes goes, I go. Where I go, these shoes go. Do you have a pair of shoes like that? These are faithful shoes. They don't give up on you when you have walked 3.2 miles in them, they don't mind if you jump in puddles and they do their best to save your feet from getting wet, they like to be worn down to the ground...to be loved. And loved these shoes certainly are.

Ahhh...yes...I do understand what you are talking about. My dear sweet shoes finally fell completely apart when I was around 21...yep...21...had them for 7 yrs...loved them to death. :-)

I definitely understand what you're saying, but I have to say that I'm jealous at how pretty yours are. My "lucky shoes" are so ugly that I can't really actually wear them anywhere!

I completely relate to this Lulu!!! I have some of those shoes that go with me everywhere. LoL! Mine are black flats as well. I LOVE them. :)
I really love this shot, Lulu. Everything about it is perfect. The white socks, the black shoes and then the pop of bright green grass is so fun to look at.
