Simply Be.
Simply be. That's what I learnt today. It popped up in the strangest of places...an advert on the bus, a question in an exam, said in passing but meant to mean something different, written on a cake in a shop window. It was like a sign. Simply be. Simply being, I have realised, is what life is all about. Simply being and breathing and living every second and moment as if it is the best ever to grace your life. So that's what I'll be doing from now on, simply being. Simply being me, unapologetically.

Examinations are going well. German was a little hard to be polite, Latin was fine and English Language today was perfect! :) Tomorrow I have Maths and Religious Studies. It scares me that these are the real things. No more retakes if you don't do well, no more "Oh well. You'll do better next time." But I'll be fine. :)

Beautiful picture, I love dandelions so much and it makes me sad when people pull them up. Love the feeling here too, I'm been philosophizing about similar things lately and I think your said it very well!

I'm sure Maths and RS will be fine for you - you're a smart cookie (I can tell from your posts).
Just remember - the exams might seem like this HUGE thing right now, and the centre of everything. But get a few months ahead into A-levels, and you'll look back and think "I was worried about THOSE? They are so easy now!"
Because there's a jump into A-levels and you look back and realise how much you've learnt, even just over the summer, with no school.
And the summer means - time for photography! Does your school/6th form offer A-level Photography? (and are you doing it?)

I'm glad to hear things are moving along with your exams, Lulu.
That's you, just like the dandelion. :) It's unbelievable that you are learning to be yourself, *unapologetically* now instead of years from now. This will serve you well.
